Effective Oct 28, 2020 you may update your Email Applications to use:

mailcentral.philonline.com

for both retrieving (POP3,IMAP) and sending (SMTP) host names in the email program setup. For your reference please check out the how-to page for this update at:

Please note that we will be redirecting old hostnames (e.g. send.philonline.com, mails.philonline.com etc) used for email to mailcentral.philonline.com on Nov 25, 2020 and will remove those from the service on Dec. 31, 2020.
