Information and Payment Procedure

  • OVER THE COUNTER PAYMENTS

    1. You may fill out the bills payment form or present your statement of account to the Teller.
    2. Check payment should be made to Infodyne, Inc.
    3. Write subscriber name, account id, and tel. #. at the back of the check.
    4. Please allow 1 to 2 days for payment to be posted.
    5. Keep the validated slip, it will serve as your official receipt when machine validated.

Things to Remember

  • Receipt of your statement of account
    • Through website at the members' portal page. (www.philonline.com)
    • Through email every first of the month.
    • Through messenger (With P25.00 delivery charge - VAT exclusive)
  • Payment Due Date
    • Your payment is due every 10th of the month. Overdue accounts shall experience temporary service interruption and shall continue until payment in full has been made.
  • Questions about your bill
    • We assure the accuracy of your billing statement. If you have questions or inquiries, please feel free to call or email us and we would be glad to assist you.
      Note: Billing error must be reported in writing within 30 days from the statement date. If no error is reported within the prescribed period, the statement shall be deemed correct.
