Things to Remember

  • Receipt of your statement of account
    • Through website at the members' portal page. (www.philonline.com)
    • Through email every first of the month.
    • Through messenger (With P25.00 delivery charge - VAT exclusive)
  • Payment Due Date
    • Your payment is due every 10th of the month. Overdue accounts shall experience temporary service interruption and shall continue until payment in full has been made.
  • Questions about your bill
    • We assure the accuracy of your billing statement. If you have questions or inquiries, please feel free to call or email us and we would be glad to assist you.
      Note: Billing error must be reported in writing within 30 days from the statement date. If no error is reported within the prescribed period, the statement shall be deemed correct.

NOTE: updating your email settings may require you to re-enter your email password.

Could not remember your password? Your web browser may remember it and allow you to login to WebMail. Login to WebMail and change your password via Mail Options > Change Password first. Always remember to use a strong password (e.g. include numbers, mixed-case and some random characters).
