Email Setup in Mozilla Thunderbird
Follow the Step-by-Step guide below to setup PhilOnline Email account in Mozilla Thunderbird.
Download and run Thunderbird installer.
If this is the first time you are setting it up, the installer will give you a chance to import your existing account settings from other e-mail client programs such as Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook or other e-mail programs it finds on your PC. You can always "import" these settings later. We suggest you to select "Don't import anything" option and click "Next" to proceed.

If you have NO accounts currently defined, Thunderbird may automatically bring up the "Add Account" wizard, but, if not, click on "Tools > Account Settings..."
Once you have opened Account Settings, click on the "Add Account..." button in the lower left corner of the window. This will launch the Account Wizard.
Select Email account as the type of account you would like to set up, then click Next.
Enter Your Name and Email Address as you want them to appear on outgoing messages, then click Next.
Enter the following mail server information:
For incoming mail server type you want to use: Select either POP or IMAP
For Incoming Server: mails.philonline.com
For Outgoing Server: mails.philonline.com
Once done, click Next button.Enter your PhilOnline username then click Next button.
Enter the name which you would like to refer to the account you are creating. In this case, we use My PhilOnline Account as the account name. Click Next button to continue to the last page.
Click Finish to save settings for this account and exit the Account Wizard.
