Thunderbird migration to mailcentral.philonline.com on macOS for Philippines Online Service

Follow the Step-by-Step guide below to migrate PhilOnline Email account to new mailserver.

  1. Open Thunderbird

  2. Click on Tools > Account Settings

  3. To update the retrieival configuration, select the Email Account (e.g. Philippines Online) on the left pane and select "Server Settings". Update the server name to "mailcentral.philonline.com".

  4. At the bottom of the left pane select "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" and select the active Philippines Online mail server and click on "Edit..".

Set the Server Name to mailcentral.philonline.com, Port to 587, Connection security to STARTTLS and Authentication Method to "Normal Password" and click on "OK".

Your email client is now ready to access the mailcentral.philonline.com.
