Information and Payment Procedure
OVER THE COUNTER PAYMENTS

- You may fill out the bills payment form or present your statement of account to the Teller.
- Check payment should be made to Infodyne, Inc.
- Write subscriber name, account id, and tel. #. at the back of the check.
- Please allow 1 to 2 days for payment to be posted.
- Keep the validated slip, it will serve as your official receipt when machine validated.

Things to Remember
- Receipt of your statement of account

- Through email every first of the month.
- Through messenger (With P25.00 delivery charge - VAT exclusive)
- Payment Due Date
- Your payment is due every 10th of the month. Overdue accounts shall experience temporary service interruption and shall continue until payment in full has been made.

- We assure the accuracy of your billing statement. If you have questions or inquiries,

Note: Billing error must be reported in writing within 30 days from the statement date. If no error is reported within the prescribed period, the statement shall be deemed correct.
