Vault
Most organizations, through the years, accumulate a huge amount of documents. As the documents accumulate so does the need to effectively store and index them. The Intigrix Vault module makes these easier and provides the following features:
Service Features
Archive Anything
As long as the document, which is not limited to an office document such as Word by the way, can be digitized it can be tagged, indexed and archived.
Shareable
Users can share documents (to specific users or to a group) and view documents shared by others.
Secure Search
Search output is filtered to only show documents that the searcher has access to.
Easy Printing
Once a document is found it can be viewed using the appropriate installed viewer and printed as needed.
Integration Ready
This can be integrated with the other modules of Intigrix for a comprehensive solution.
